Ingredients: 1/2 pound of ground beef One 31 ounce can of pork & beans 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup of ketchup 1/2 cup of dark corn syrup 2 tablespoon of mustard 4 slices of bacon, cut in half
Directions:Brown the ground beef; drain well. Combine beef and next 6 ingredients; stir well. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange bacon on top of beans. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. |
