3 tablespoons of instant coffee
1/4 cup of sugar
1 quart of milk, scalded
2 cups of cold water
1 cup of light cream
1/2 cup of whipping cream, whipped
Dissolve the instant coffee and sugar in hot milk, add cold water, let it cool to room temperature. Add the light cream, and chill thoroughly. Pour the mixture into tall glasses with an ice cube in each. Sail spoonfuls of whipped cream on top.
