1 pound of beef pot roast
2 cloves garlic, cut into slivers
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
4 medium parsley sprigs
Wash the pot roast and place it in the crock pot, fat side down. Lay the garlic slivers over the top of the roast and sprinkle it lightly with salt and pepper.
Set the dial on LOW and cook covered, about 4-5 hours or until thoroughly done. Check to see if the meat pulls apart easily. Serve the meat with some of the juices from the crock pot and sprigs of parsley on top.
