Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, chopped 3 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce 6 celery stalks, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces 1 1/2 pounds of round steak, cut into bite size chunks Salt to taste Pepper to taste Directions:In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the garlic in olive oil. Stir in the teriyaki sauce and once warmed, add the celery. Saute, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Remove the celery and set aside. Add the steak chunks and brown on all sides. Cook until the steak is fully done, stirring often. Add the celery, stir for a moment or two to heat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve. |
