Ingredients: One 16 ounce can of kidney beans, drained 1/3 cup of Ortega mild, med. or hot thick and chunky salsa 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup of chopped scallions Scallion tips, for garnish
Directions:In electric blender or food processor container, blend beans, salsa and garlic until combined but not smooth; stir in scallions. Cover; chill until serving time. Garnish with scallion tips if desired. |
