Ingredients: One 10 ounce package of frozen whole kernel corn 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper 1/4 cup of chopped sweet red pepper 1/4 cup of chopped celery 1/4 cup of reduced calorie soft style cream cheese 1/2 of a 4 ounce can of diced green chili peppers 1 tablespoon of skim milk
Directions:In a medium saucepan combine the corn, green pepper, red pepper, celery and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the corn is tender. Drain. Stir in the cream cheese, chili peppers, milk 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a dash of pepper. Heat through. |
