Ingredients: 1 pound of fresh, ripe figs 2/3 cup of granulated sugar 2/3 cup of water 2/3 cup of milk
Directions:1. Peel the figs and place them in a food processor or blender together with the sugar. Puree to a creamy consistency. 2. Add the water and milk and process a few more minutes. 3. Transfer to ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer`s instructions. |
