Ingredients: 5 cups milk 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup canned sweetened condensed milk 4 medium sized ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes Directions:Bring the milk to a boil in a heavy bottomed pan and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. It should reduce by half. Add the sugar and cook 5 minutes, and then add the condensed milk. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool completely. Chill. Add the fruit and serve, garnished with mint leaves and other edible flowers such as rose petals, if desired. |
