Ingredients: 1/2 lb Swiss cheese 1/2 lb cervelat 1 onion, diced 4 tbs olive oil 2 tbs wine vinegar 1 tsp prepared mustard salt and pepper to taste
Directions:Cut cheese and cervelat in slim julienne strips from 1" to 2" long. Mix with onion, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and toss lightly with a fork until salad is coated with dressing. Chill 1 hour in serving dish. Serve with gherkins, rolls or thin black rye bread and butter. |
