Ingredients: Broth: 5 potatoes, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 stalk of celery, sliced 6 c water 1 can chicken broth 2 Tbsp chicken soup base Additional Ingredients: 1 c cream 1 can cream of chicken soup Knoephla Dough: 2 c flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 1/2 c water Directions:1. Combine potatoes, onion, celery, water, broth, and soup base and cook until soft. 2. Mix dough ingredients to form a fairly stiff dough. Drop small marble-size pieces into simmering broth. 3. Add the cream and cream of chicken soup and simmer for 15 minutes. |
