Ingredients: 1 cup grated tubers (use carrots if wild tubers unavailable) 1/2 cup mixed grounded nuts 1 cup self-raising flour 1/4 cup kurrajong flour 1/3 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 cup milk 1 tablespoon macadamia oil Directions:Combine all the ingredients, and drop teaspoons of mixture into a greased muffin pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 C (400 F). |
