Ingredients: 1 kg pork, short loin 2 ripe kiwis 1 onion, finely chopped 4 slices of pineapple 1 apple 4 Tbs olive oil 1 glass of white wine 1 tsp ginger juice of 1 orange 1 cup of vegetable broth 1/2 cup of cream salt and pepper Directions:Saute the short loins and onions in olive oil. Douse with wine and add the orange juice to the broth. Let the short-loins to soften a bit and combine the ginger and fruit cut in cubes. When ready, combine the sauce with the cream. |
