Ingredients: 1 lettuce Iceberg 1 lettuce Romaine 1 bunch rocket 100 gr. pine cone (seeds) 2 small pieces chicken breast oil balsamic vinegar salt pepper Directions:1. Cut the chicken into thin strips then marinate with the salt, the pepper, the oil and the balsamic vinegar and cook on the grill or sauté it in a frying pan. 2. Wash and chop the greens into thick pieces, sprinkle salt and pepper and place them on the plates. On top of the greens place the sliced chicken, pour the oil and vinegar and add a bit of pine cone seeds. Serve while still hot. |
