Ingredients: 7 onces lotus root 4 cups soup stock 2 or 3 tablespoons miso 1 welsh onion Directions:1. Wash lotus root and pare, then soak water for a while. 2. Chop long onin into 1/4 inch. 3. Grate quickly lotus root, put sauce pan, add 4 cups soup stock and heat. 4. Bring to boil, add long onion and blend in dissolved miso. Boil again, immediately turn off heat. |
