Ingredients: 1 kg marrows or courgettes oil for frying 1 bunch of dill yoghurt garlic salt Directions:Fry the sliced marrow in hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown. (You can toss them in flour before frying if prefer them crispier). Once they have cooled, pour over the sauce made from 0,5 litre yoghurt, 1 bunch of finely chopped dill, a teaspoon of salt and 5-6 crushed cloves of garlic. |
