Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, cut in portions 300 gr. onions, cu in rings 200 gr. carrots 200 champions, sliced 2 medium sized peppers, cut in rings 2 medium sized tomatoes,cubed 10 pcs black pepper 10 bay leaves 1 bunch of parsley oil 4 tablespoons paprika powder salt 1 glass white wine Directions:1. Arrange first the chicken portions, then carrots, onion, peppers, tomatoes, champions and spices in the pot. Pour the wine to cover all ingredients, close the pot with the lid and bake at 170 Celsius for 2 hours. When ready take it out and taste. Serve with mashed potatoes. |
