Fried black radish with honey

2 black radishes
2 tblsps vegetable oil
2 tblsps honey

Peel the black radish and soak in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes. Dice the blackradish and fry in a hot skillet with vegetable oil, gradually adding the honey.
