0.5 cupful man-nacroup
1 cupful milk
2 tblsps butter
1. oil the milk with butter, add the mannacroup, mix finely, add the salt, close a lid and put into a hot oven or over a "water bath" for 10 to 15 minutes for the mannacroup to swell. Then cool the dough, add 4 egg yolks, mix; separately whip the egg whites and add them to the mixture.
2. Boil the klocki in salted water. When serving, pour over with butter or boiled milk.
