Cuban, Dark Roast Coffee Espresso Ground (enough to fill brewing cup)
Water to fill chamber
2-4 teaspoons sugar (or more)
Spoon the coffee into the chamber, add water and brew as directed. Place several teaspoons of sugar in the pot that the coffee drips into. As the first few drops of coffee fall into the pot, mix with a spoon to create a sweet, frothy foam - called "espumita". Pour the coffee into cafecito cups and serve immediately.
