Ingredients: 6 chayotes (also referred to as meletons or mirletons) 1/2 tsp mustard 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup oil Directions:Boil and cube chayotes. Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over cubed chayote. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Serve over lettuce. |
