Ingredients: 3 lb. pork 2-3 white cabbages 2 tbs butter Salt Pepper
Directions:The pork slices 1/2 inch thick. brown lightly on both sides on a hot dry frying pan. The cabbage slices into 1/2 inch thick slices. Brown the cabbage in the butter. Place the meat and cabbage in layers in a pot and let simmer for approximately 2 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
