Ingredients: 4 slices toasted bread 1 handfull dill 100 ml mayonnaise 200 g prawns salt and pepper 2 tbsp caviar dill and lemon wedges for garnish Directions:Fold the dill into the mayonnaise and add the prawns. Season with salt and pepper. Butter the toast and, if you wish, cover with fresh lettuce leaves. Spread mixture over the toasted bread, pile a little bit of the caviar and garnish with the lemon wedges and the rest of the dill. |
