Ingredients: 750 g minced pork salt pepper 35 g butter 8 slices cheese paprika 16 slices bacon 250 g frozen beans 500 g small potatoes 35 g butter parsley Directions:1. Shape the meat to a good hamburger size and braise for 10 minutes. Place a slice of cheese on each, drizzle with paprika and place 2 slices of bacon on top. 2. Place the rissoles in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 230 C (440 F), or under the grill until the bacon is crisp. 3. Serve with green beans and sautéed potatoes, drizzles with chopped parsley. |
