Ingredients: 1 1/2 kg spare ribs oil for frying water corn flour 1 cube beef stock 1 bayleaf sea salt 1 1/2 cleaned leek 400 g potatoes 150 ml milk 25 g butter grated nutmeg Directions:Brown the ribs well in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper and add water until it covers the ribs and the stock cube. Let simmer under a lid for about 90 minutes. Add the carrots during the last 8-10 minutes. Boil the leek and potatoes until tender and ready with the ribs. Mash the potatoes. Take out the ribs and use the remaining liquid to make a sauce using the corn flour to thicken. |
