Ingredients: 1 kg beef 100 ml white flour salt and pepper 1 tbsp paprika 250 g small onions oil for the browning 1/2 l stock 200 g carrots 1 coliflower 300 g green beans 250 g broccoli 100 ml creme fraise Directions:Brown the onions in the paprika. Dice the beef and turn in the seasoned flour. Brown the beef. Add the stock and let simmer for 30 minutes. Add carrots and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and let simmer for another 10 minutes. Add creme fraise and warm. Do not let it come to the boil. Season and serve with boiled potatoes and a salad. |
