Ingredients: 8 eggs 3-4 tbsp water salt and pepper butter for frying Filling: 300 g garden peas 1 onion 8 slices bacon 2 tomatoes chives Directions:1. Chop onion and brown lightly. Add peas and bacon. 2. Beat the eggs together with a fork and season. Add to buttered frying pan. Stir eggs until it starts to set. Keep simmering over low heat until the surface has a creamy texture. 3. Peas, onion and bacon is spread over the egg. Decorate with sliced tomatoes and chives. |
