Ingredients: 1/2 kg sourish apples 100 g sugar 150 g rye bread (dark bread) 75 g breadcrumb 75 g brown sugar 50 g butter
Directions:1. Grate the apples coarsely and mix with the sugar. Mix the rye bread, breadcrumb and brown sugar. 2. Layer the apples and the bread mix in a greased ovenproof dish. Bottom and top must be bread mix. Place knobs of butter on top and bake in an oven at 150 C (300 F) for about 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cold whipped cream. |
