Ingredients: 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/3 cup unsalted butter 4 tablespoons honey, warmed slightly 5 tablespoons sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 7/8 cup confectioners` sugar
Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a blender or food processor, mix together all-purpose flour, eggs, butter or margarine, melted honey, sour cream, baking soda, and confectioners sugar. Blend until smooth. 3. Roll pastry on a floured surface. Make 4 sheets of pastry that will fit on 10x15 inch cookie sheets. 4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. |
