Ingredients: 1 Lb thinly sliced pork loin 3 oz lard or butter 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 Lb ham thin sliced or small dice 5 eggs parsley for garnish salt and pepper to taste Directions:Sprinkle salt and pepper to the pork. Dip the thin fillets into flour and pan fry in lard. Make an omelets with the eggs, ham and sour cream and cover the thin pork fillets. Serve with green salad. |
