Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounce lard 2 tbs chopped chives 1 tbs flour a little water 1 tbs vinegar 3 tbs cream salt and pepper to taste Directions:Make roux with flour, chives and lard until light brown in color. Lower heat to low flame and add a little water, vinegar, and cream while stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste. To serve with boiled meats. |
