Ingredients: 8 oz. top sirloin, cut into strips 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced 1/4 yellow onion, sliced 4 tomato wedges 1/4 c. fajita sauce 1 Tbs. fajita seasoning 1 Tbs. garlic, chopped 2 Tbs. vegetable oil Directions:Heat oil in a skillet, until hot. Add garlic and beef then sauté meat. Add peppers and onion; let simmer for 1-2 minutes (do not over cook). Add fajita seasoning and fajita sauce and simmer for another minute. Finally, add tomatoes and simmer for another 30 seconds. Serve with flour tortillas. |
