Ingredients: 4 matzos 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup Passover margarine 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 2 apples, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup raisins Directions:Preheat oven to 350 F. Break matzo and soak until soft. Drain, but do not squeeze dry. Combine next 4 ingredients and half the margarine in a bowl. Add matzo. Stir in chopped walnuts, apples and raisins. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish. Dot with remaining margarine. Bake about 45 minutes until golden. |
