Ingredients: 1-1/4 lbs. medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 onion, thinly sliced 2/3 cup plus 2 Tbs. cheddar cheese, grated 1/3 cup plus 3 Tbs. cream 2/3 cup plus 2 Tbs. milk 1 tsp. mustard powder 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated, extra 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. chives, chopped
Directions:Preheat oven to 350 F. Layer potato and onion slices in an ovenproof baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese between each layer. Pour over combined cream, milk and mustard powder. Sprinkle top with extra grated cheese and chopped chives. Bake 40 minutes, or until cooked. Serve hot. |
