Ingredients: 6 zucchini 350 g cottage cheese 2 eggs 2 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 cups sour cream salt
Directions:Remove the zucchini peel (grate), halve lengthwise, remove the pulp and seeds and salt a little. Then fill with the cheese well mixed with the eggs, 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon melted butter and bake until golden brown. Serve hot, pouring the remaining sour cream over them. |
