Ingredients: 1,5 kg spinach 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup milk salt
Directions:Pick the spinach leaves, wash in several changes of water. Set to boil in previously boiling water. Boil for just a few minutes until the spinach is wilted. Drain and leave in the colander until cool. Chop very fine. Then put in a pan with the butter, 2-3 tablespoons of water, milk and salt and simmer until the liquid is reduced. Serve this dish with fried or scrambled eggs. |
