Ingredients: 2-3 kg lutefish 1 1/2 tablespoons salt Directions:1. Set the pieces of fish on aluminium foil or roasting film and sprinkle with salt. Wrap up tightly. 2. Place in a ceramic baking dish or enamel pan. 3. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes depending on the amount of fish. 4. Discard the liquid formed in the packet. |
