Ingredients: 1 kilo of grainflour 1 cup wheatflour 1 tsp salt water Directions:Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them with your hand.Then pour in the water, approximately 5 dl at first. Add more if needed until the dough becomes sticky. Divide the dough into six pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin circle. Press a knife slightly so that the stripes form squares. Pick holes with a fork in the bread. Bake them for 10 minutes in a hot oven. |
