Ingredients: 500 ml whole milk 2 eggs 1-2 tbsp sugar, or to taste pinch of salt 200 ml flour Directions:1. In a bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. Add sugar and mix. Add flour into mixture whisking thoroughly. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let batter stand for at least 1 hour before baking. 2. Pour batter in a 40 Ч 40 cm wide deep oven pan covered with parchment paper. Bake at 225 C (437 F) for 20-25 minutes or until pancake is puffed and golden brown. Cut pancake in squares. Serve warm with homemade strawberry or raspberry jam. 3. You can also make an apple pancake by distributing thin apple slices on top of batter. Dust top with cinnamon and bake following the instructions given above. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and maple syrup. |
