Ingredients: 100 ml Campari 100 ml dry white wine 100 ml apple juice 10 g sugar 4 g gelatin 100 ml Champagne (only for drinking)
Directions:Heat up apple juice with sugar and soaked gelatin until it has all dissolved. Then add the other ingredients and fill in the hol-lowed orange halves. Before the Campari gelatin gets stiff, you can now add some berries. When the dessert is ready, cool it in the refrigerator for approx. four hours. |
