| Ingredients: 16 oz. good chocolate, broken in pieces 1/2 pint whipping cream 1/2 C. caramel topping 3 T. Frangelico (or hazelnut syrup) Pot for boiling chocolate (preferably a Fondue Pot) Directions:Place all in a fondue pot over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth (Do not allow to bubble). Get ready for dipping. Try bite-size portions of pound cake, marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, apples, apricots, grapes. Spear with fondue forks or wooden skewers, dip, swirl and enjoy! |
