1 cup honey
1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
3/4 cup bread crumbs seasoned
1 bag bamboo skurs (Soak over night in water to prevent burning)
1. Cut the breast of chicken into 1 inch strips. Skur chicken strips with bamboo skurs. (This can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.)
2. Combine the honey and mustard in a mixing bowl. Thin the mixture with a little bit of water. Dip the chicken meat in the honey mustard, allowing the excess to drip off, Then coat with bread crumbs.
