Ingredients: 1 generous measure of rum cracked ice juice of half a lemon or lime 1 level tsp. sugar caster sugar, for frosting glass rim Directions:Pour the lime or lemon juice into a cocktail shaker then add the rum and sugar. Add the cracked ice and shake well. Dip the rim of a glass into fruit juice then dip in caster sugar to frost the rim. Pour in the shaken daiquiri and serve. |
