Ingredients: 2-3 ice cubes 15 ml brandy 15 ml cointreau A dash Angostura Bitters Sparkling wine 1/2 lemon slice to garnish Directions:1. Crack the ice (but don`t crush it into too small pieces) and place in a shaker with the brandy, cointreau and Angostua Bitters. 2. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish the rim of the glass with the lemon. |
