Ingredients: 1 package Betty CrockerR SuperMoistR white cake mix 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 egg whites 2 containers (6 ounces each) YoplaitR Original strawberry yogurt Red food color, if desired 1 container (4 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed Sliced fresh strawberries , if desired Total time: 50 min Directions:1.Heat oven to 350?F. Generously grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches; lightly flour. 2.Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg whites and 1 container yogurt in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan. 3.Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly in center; cool completely. Fold 1 container yogurt and 1 or 2 drops of food color into whipped topping. Spread over cake. Garnish with strawberries or a variety of berries. Refrigerate any remaining cake. |
