Ingredients: 4 large apples 1/4 cup confectioner`s sugar (powdered) 1 tbsp grated orange zest 1 tbsp butter 1/4 cup water
Directions:1. Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut them into quarters. 2. In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Add apples, then cover and let them cook over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occassionally. 3. Stir in the sugar, butter and orange zest and mix well. Use a fork to roughly crush the apples. 4. Transfer to small cups and serve warm. |
