Ingredients: 6 ounces (about 2 cups) grated Smoky Cheddar 11 ounces cream cheese 2 quick shakes seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1 tablespoon chopped onion 2-1/2 ounces thinly sliced luncheon beef, chopped 2 tablespoons milk 1/2 cup chopped peanuts Directions:Combine all ingredients except peanuts. Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve with cracker assortment. |
