Ingredients: 4 large ripe tomatoes cut into 1/4-inch slices 2 pounds Viking Cheese, cut into1/4-inch slices 1/4 cup fresh basil 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 1/2 cup Italian dressing Directions:On a large serving platter, alternate overlapping slices of tomato and cheese.
