Ingredients: 1 onion, finely chopped 1 ea garlic clove, minced 1 tb oregano 1 tb olive oil 1 can tomato paste 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
Directions:Saute onions, garlic and oregano in olive oil until the onions are translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool before using. Refrigerate or freeze remaining sauce in an air-tight container. |
