Ingredients: 1 (10-oz.) can Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup chopped pepperoni 1 (2.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained 1 small onion, sliced, separated into rings 1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped 1 cup chopped seeded tomato 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil 4-ozs. (1 cup) shredded mozzerella cheese Directions:1. Heat oven to 450 F. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Unroll dough; cut in half lengthwise. Cut each half crosswise into thirds. Place 3 pieces pizza crust on each greased cookie sheet; press each piece into 5-inch square. 2. Sprinkle about 2 tsp Parmesan cheese on each crust. Top each with pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and tomato. Sprinkle basil over tomatoes on each crust; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450 F. for 10-14 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve immediately. |
