Ingredients: 1 (12-inch) pizza crust 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil 1 cup pizza sauce 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 can dole pineapple tidbits, drained (1 cup) 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni 2 tablespoons red or green bell pepper slices 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Directions:Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple, pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. |
